Statutes Made Obsolete By Trial Court Restructuring: Part 5

At the Legislature's direction, the Law Revision Commission has been reviewing the codes and recommending reforms to delete or update material made obsolete by trial court restructuring. For details, see Statutes Made Obsolete by Trial Court Restructuring.
In Part 5, the Commission recommends further amendment or repeal of statutes made obsolete by trial court restructuring. Most of the revisions recommended in Part 5 were implemented by AB 2767 (Committee on Judiciary), 2010 Cal. Stat. ch. 212. Additional revisions were implemented by AB 1529 (Dickinson), 2012 Cal. Stat. ch. 470, §§ 8-10.
