The Law Revision Commission has issued a tentative recommendation on the following subject:

• Tentative Recommendation – Technical and Minor Substantive Statutory Corrections

This tentative recommendation includes technical corrections from several different code sections. Recipients of this notice may be particularly interested in the following:

• Note Requesting Comment on Cross-Reference – identifying section related to confidentiality of records of in-home supportive services (note on p. 16; explanation of proposed change on p. 2; legislative language for affected section on pp. 13-16)

• Consistency in Treatment of Privileged Communications – human trafficking caseworker-victim privilege (explanation of proposed change on p. 1; legislative language for affected sections on pp. 9, 10, 13-16)

• Correction of Incorrect Cross-Reference – definition of trafficking victim (explanation of proposed change on p. 2; legislative language for affected section on pp. 10-11)
