Statutes Made Obsolete by Trial Court Restructuring: Part 3 - Study J-1402

    At the Legislature's direction, the Law Revision Commission has been reviewing the codes and recommending reforms to delete or update material made obsolete by trial court restructuring. For details, see Statutes Made Obsolete by Trial Court Restructuring.
    In Part 3, the Commission recommends further amendment or repeal of statutes made obsolete by trial court restructuring. The Legislature enacted the recommendation. See 2007 Cal. Stat. ch. 43.
