Nonjudicial Dispute Resolution Under CID Law - Study H-851
As part of its larger study of common interest development ("CID") law, the
Commission examined ways in which to improve nonjudicial dispute resolution in CIDs. The Commission
made a number of recommendations on this topic, all of which were enacted into law. Materials
